Central – Head of the Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt reiterated Lebanon’s firm Arab affiliation, stressing that Lebanon’s Arab relations are the guarantee of its identity, survival and political and economic advancement, and stressed that reforming Lebanon’s relations with the Gulf Cooperation Council countries is a major priority, and we must make all possible efforts to Its occurrence will bring Lebanon back to the Arab embrace.
Jumblatt called on the Lebanese government to make every possible effort to reform these relations, and to open the doors of positive and fraternal discussion with the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, particularly the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to remove all impurities that hinder the return of these relations to their previous era.
