Sainte-Foy open-water swimmer Nicolas Knap claimed victory on Saturday in the legendary Boston Light Swim race, an 8-mile event between the Brewster Island lighthouse and the L Street Bathouse in south Boston. A victory that the 49-year-old athlete did not fully savor, however, due to health problems that arose during the crossing.
