You probably remember that at the beginning of June 2023, we learned that Braun Strowmain was going under the knife to correct his C4 and C5 cervical vertebrae. An operation that usually requires a long recovery time and Strowman is expected to remain out of WWE for the remainder of 2023.
Braun Strowman just gave an update himself on Twitter stating that he might return to the gym for the first time with lightweights:
“I just got the green light to start training with light weights once more!!! It’s time to rebuild the monster. »
Good news for Braun Strowman who is lucky enough to be able to keep in shape during this long absence from competition.
