This morning, a body was found in the Brussels canal, near Tour&Taxi.
The fire department was called around 8 a.m.:Our divers were put in the water to bring the body close to the edge, so that it would not be carried away while waiting for the prosecution.“, explains the spokesperson for the Brussels fire brigade, Walter Derieuw.
The Brussels public prosecutor’s office descended on the spot later in the morning. Firefighters now pull the body out of the water.
