A fire broke out on Tuesday shortly before noon in an old castle transformed into several dwellings, rue de la Station in Châtelet (Hainaut), firefighters said, confirming information from RTL Info. No injuries were recorded.
The reason for the fire is not yet known. Two departures of the Charleroi firefighters were required. “When we arrived, the roof was already drilled. To our knowledge, there are no injuries or victims,” said the Hainaut-Est rescue zone at the start of the followingnoon.
