CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) — The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating following one person was shot and killed Thursday evening.
Deputies responded to calls regarding a shooting just before 8:45 p.m. in the 5400 block of Miranda Drive. When deputies arrived they found a man who was unresponsive outside with gunshot wounds.
Sunday, December 24, the sheriff’s office identified the man as 33-year-old Duane Quales Jr of Plainfield, New Jersey Officers said he was pronounced dead on the scene.
