The Pentagon said it was not aware of any imminent decisions on the allocation of long-range Atacams missiles to Ukraine, following the Wall Street Journal reported that Washington was regarding to supply the missiles to Ukraine.
Kiev has long sought the US military’s Atakms tactical missile system, saying the missiles would help it launch strikes on Russian forces beyond frontline ranges.
“I have nothing to announce regarding Atacams, and of course I am not aware of any imminent decisions regarding AtacAMS,” said Brigadier General Patrick Ryder, a Pentagon spokesman.
