Brussels Firefighters’ Ambulance 112 Stolen and Recovered: Latest Updates and Investigations

This night around 12:50 a.m. an ambulance 112 and a SMUR were called to Laeken avenue Jean de Bologne for an urgent medical intervention at home, the firefighters declared in a press release.

During the intervention, ambulance 112 of the Brussels firefighters was stolen. However, thanks to the Track & Trace system the vehicle was able to be located and recovered on rue Gustave Schildknecht also in Laeken, firefighters said.

The keys to the vehicle were missing. A judicial investigation is therefore opened. An inventory of the vehicle is underway to check if there has been theft.
