Under the direction of Verónica Morello and Charly Forbes, the kitchen will serve a menu rooted in French culinary traditions, including dishes like pâté de foie de volaille, crispy sweetbreads, confit duck, pepper steak, and a seasonal fish special. For film enthusiasts and foodies, Tony Wu and MUBI are presenting a unique crossover event inspired by the new series ‘Blossoms Shanghai,’ directed by Wong Kar-wai, which premieres on February 26th. For four days, diners can enjoy limited-edition dishes inspired by the series, alongside a complimentary one-month subscription to the MUBI streaming platform. The restaurant’s ambiance reflects the visual style of Wong Kar-wai, with a dreamlike atmosphere, intense colors, and neon lights, incorporating elements of Japanese tradition and American diners. Williamsburg is wrapping up February with its “Tan Lelouch” cycle, a mini-festival in collaboration with Canillita. The event begins with coffee and a special pistachio affogato, in honor of National Pistachio Day on February 26th. As the evening progresses, the café transforms into a cocktail bar, offering Espresso Martinis, Gin & Tonics, and vermouth-based coffee cocktails. Live DJ sets will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, followed by a performance by Cítrico at 8:30 PM, and another DJ set to close out the night.

Strange Brewing, a popular craft brewery in Chacarita, is celebrating its second anniversary with a lively event featuring live music by Santiago Moraes and vinyl records spun by Vinilos en la Vereda. The brewery, known for its industrial aesthetic and diverse selection of beers, will also offer a special off-menu burger, chipancho, chicken or mushroom skewers, and ice pops. Chacra will be providing custom t-shirt printing for attendees.

Wagyu Burger Special at Sifón

Sifón, a Chacarita eatery known for its soda-inspired theme, is introducing a limited-edition Wagyu Cheeseburger created in collaboration with Juan Barcos, chef of Madre Rojas and a wagyu producer through Barcos & Sons. The burger features wagyu beef, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and red onion, served with cashew-infused fries. The Wagyu Cheeseburger is available for a limited time with a launch price of $18,000.
