Brazilian soccer star Neymar Jr. Has purchased a $54.45 million penthouse in Dubai’s Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, a luxury development in the Business Bay area. The purchase, finalized in November 2024, includes a unique feature: a private car elevator designed to transport vehicles directly to the residence.
The “Sky Mansion,” as it’s been dubbed, occupies 42 stories within the building and offers panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Bugatti Residences, comprising 182 luxury units including 11 penthouses, aims to redefine high-end living in the city, catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The private car elevator is intended to allow Neymar to showcase his luxury vehicle collection within his penthouse. The residence will also feature a private swimming pool overlooking the city and a rooftop terrace. Construction is currently underway, with completion details not yet publicly available.
The development’s design incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and views of downtown Dubai. The purchase highlights the growing interest in Dubai’s luxury real estate market, particularly among high-profile individuals. A similar penthouse purchase by Neymar was reported in November 2024, valued at $54 million, according to Mansion Global.
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is the world’s first Bugatti-branded residential tower. The project was initially announced in September 2024, and Neymar’s investment underscores the appeal of this exclusive property.
