The FCB captain was absent from team training on Säbener Strasse on Wednesday. According to Bayern, the goalkeeper has a gastrointestinal upset and is currently unable to train.
It remains to be seen whether the 36-year-old will be ready for action once more by Friday. Should Neuer actually drop out, his backup Sven Ulreich will be between the posts once morest Frankfurt.
