On Monday, a man born in 1995 was arrested in Seraing following a burglary. Indeed, when the owner of the premises returned home, he discovered the suspect in his home. Obviously, the individual had taken clothes belonging to the victim and intended to sleep there.
The suspect, who is illegally staying in Belgium, was therefore deprived of his liberty and referred to the Liège public prosecutor’s office on Tuesday. His case was placed under investigation and a request for an arrest warrant was made once morest him. Note that at the time of writing these lines, we are unaware of the decision taken by the investigating judge in this case.
