– The conductor was at the back of the bus, there were two passengers in the cabin. She saw a girl approaching the bus, at that moment she was handing tickets to the passengers, the State Traffic Inspectorate reported. – The driver did not stop, she looked out the open window, saw the girl under the wheels and screamed.
The inspectors noted that the man’s driving experience is 21 years, he had not previously been held accountable for traffic violations. He was sober at the time of the accident.
