Roles and responsibilities:
• Legal research covering various areas of business law.
• Writing notes and consultations.
• Review and negotiation of contracts, confidentiality agreements and letters of intent
• Assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts and amendments
• And more generally, collaboration on cases handled by the firm.
Profile:
We welcome different combinations of skills and experiences.
Qualifications and experience:
Holder of a Master 2 in business, banking and/or financial law or private law, DJCE or equivalent, currently training at the EFB.
Technical skills:
• Mastery of Word, Excel, Power point tools,
• English: fluent speaking and very good written skills.
Interpersonal and behavioral skills: excellent writing skills and rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and dynamism.
