Imtiaz and his 18-year-old female friend had come to watch the movie ‘Kantara’ at Santosh Theater in Sullia. The show was at 11 am. Both of them reached the theater at 10.20 and talked in the parking area of ​​the theater. Seeing this, a group of people approached Imtiaz and started questioning him.

He then beat the young man and threatened to kill him. The assailants stopped the beating when the people in the theater ran away. Sullia police registered a case on Imtiaz’s complaint and started investigation.
