These liftings concern issues of negotiable debt securities – TCN (45.83 billion dirhams), bond issues (5.1 billion dirhams) and issues of equity securities (56 million dirhams (MDH)), specifies the AMMC in its bulletin relating to monthly capital market indicators for the month of July 2023.
In July alone, capital raised amounted to more than 8.01 billion dirhams, including 6.91 billion dirhams of TCN issues and 1.1 billion dirhams of bond issues, continues the same source.
AMMC indicators also show a 26% year-on-year increase in outstanding securities lending and borrowing transactions to 25.8 billion dirhams at the end of last July.
