On Sunday, the Cominese police and firefighters intervened to capture a serval that was strolling in the gardens of the Chaussée de Wervicq.

This is a very large cat with a length of 85 to 112 cm, with a weight that can go up to 26 kg. A wild animal, its possession is strictly prohibited in Belgium. It seems to belong to a resident of the rue du Commerce whose gardens overlook the chaussée de Wervicq. With great tact, the animal was captured by firefighters. He was then taken to Pairi Daiza Park.
