An eye for the light
A spontaneous snapshot and a good eye for lighting moods brought Gernot Flor (48) the Federal Prize for Photography in the “Wedding” category. As part of the duo “Edel und Flor” he has been photographing weddings with his best friend Gerti Edelsbrunner for the last two years. When it comes to his photos, he attaches great importance to post-processing. “I edit each photo individually and in the way that the individual images need it, that sets me apart from other photographers,” says the Styrian. That is why the processing takes a lot of time. In addition to wedding photography, his great passion is product photography.
