Department of Health leaders will preside over the steps of the process of introducing and appointing the hospital director position according to a 5-step process to find the head of the unit.
Previously, in October 2023, Mr. Nguyen Dai Phong – Director of Central Highlands General Hospital retired.
Construction of the Central Highlands General Hospital began in 2010 with a total investment of nearly 1,100 billion VND from Government Bonds, invested by the Department of Health of Dak Lak province.
The hospital is designed with a capacity of 800 beds, on a 12-hectare campus, in Tu An ward, Buon Ma Thuot city.
Central Highlands General Hospital is the largest and most modern hospital in the Central Highlands region with 38 departments and rooms with many medical equipment for modern examination and treatment. This hospital serves the medical examination and treatment needs of people in Dak Lak province in particular, provinces in the Central Highlands region and some neighboring provinces of Laos and Cambodia.
