Thiruvananthapuram: Case filed once morest lawyers in Vanchiyur court on complaint filed by female SI. A case has been registered once morest thirty lawyers. The sections of insulting womanhood and obstructing the execution of duties by gang have been imposed on the lawyers. Valiyathura SI Alina Cyrus lodged a complaint at the Vanchiur police station.
The protest took place on the allegation that the lawyer, who had come with a bail application, was wasting his time at the Vasili Tura station the previous day. In the complaint to the magistrate, the SI had alleged that the lawyers assaulted him and called him obscenities.
