The Venice Film Festival day 2. Two films were presented in competition in front of Julianne Moore and her jury: “Tar” by Todd Field (“Little Children”), with Cate Blanchett, Noémie Merlant and Nina Hoss and “Bardo” by Mexican director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu (“The Revenant”), which marks his great return to his country. Out of competition, the happy Venetians were able to discover the first episodes of the third season of “The Kingdom” by the sulphurous Danish Lars von Trier.
