Dementia has arrived in society. It is important that people with dementia are not pushed to the margins of society, but are and remain part of social interaction. Creating an understanding of the disease is of central importance here. Stage-appropriate dementia training can positively influence the maintenance and promotion of existing skills. This includes exercises for memory, coping with everyday life and perception, physical training and creativity.
