The Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers may not have a full-fledged rivalry yet, but something is definitely gestating between the two Central Division stalwarts.
The two teams have met five times already this season, and the games have been high-scoring and fierce. The Pacers have won four of them, dropping 126, 128, 126, 122 and 142 points on the Bucks’ struggling defense.
With Milwaukee occupying the Eastern Conference’s No. 2 playoff seed and Indiana five games back in fifth place, a postseason matchup feels like a definite possibility.
On Friday followingnoon, Bucks guard Malik Beasley added fuel to a potential future meeting by suggesting Milwaukee would be extra motivated in a hypothetical matchup between the two teams.
“I know we’re going to play them in the playoffs, and boy, it’s not going to be pretty for them,” Beasley said to TNT reporter Chris Haynes on a Bleacher Report livestream.

In five games once morest Indiana, Beasley is averaging 9.4 points and 3.6 rebounds on 40.7% shooting from 3-point range.
“Their whole team, to me, is unorthodox,” Beasley told Haynes. “Even the way (guard) Tyrese Haliburton shoots … there’s certain teams that just got your number.”
The Bucks and Pacers won’t play once more in the regular season. But Indiana has some new bulletin board material if they do match up in the playoffs.

While freezing cold is expected in the coming days in Belgium, the mayor of Namur, Maxime Prévot (Les Engagés), issued an order on Friday followingnoon prohibiting homeless people from sleeping outside until January 11, indicated the City of Namur on Friday, confirming information from RTBF.
The order will come into effect as soon as temperatures felt outdoors are below or equal to -10°C. People who then refuse to be sheltered may be deprived of their liberty by the police.
This is not the first time that the Namur authorities have made such a decision. Similar ordinances had already been issued in recent years. On the other hand, this winter, attendance at the night shelter has increased and it is regularly saturated, which worries the authorities.
“Last night, 81 people showed up at our night shelter in Jambes, although it can accommodate a maximum of 63 people.“, explained the president of the Namur CPAS, Philippe Noël (Ecolo). “A privileged agreement with a hotel allows us to offer more beds, but their number unfortunately remains limited“.
“From Sunday evening, temperatures felt at night might be around -16°C. We are therefore looking for solutions to offer even more beds, but we primarily encourage the homeless to seek housing solutions from their loved ones.“, he concluded.

As a way to rescue credits for the acquisition of vehicles, Bancamiga announced the launch of a financing plan in conjunction with several vehicle brands, including Ikco, Saipa, Maxus and MG.
With these financing plans, the microfinance entity will offer its clients the possibility of leveraging up to 50% of the value of the vehicle, paying up to 48 installments payable monthly.
One of the models that are available to be part of this financing plan is the Dena+E, from the Ikco brand, which has a price of $22,226.80, of which Bancamiga might finance $11,133.40, which can be pay in up to 48 hours per month of $316.80.
Also available from Ikco is the Tara model, which costs $21,478, of which Bancamiga can finance $10,739, payable in installments of $305.58. In the case of the Saipa, two models are included, the Quick ST that costs $13,967, of which Bancamiga would finance $6,983.50, payable at $198.72 per month.
The Saina S has a value of $17,412.20, and it would be possible to leverage it for $8,706.10 to be paid $247.73 per month. The British MG also offers some of its models, specifically the synchronous and automatic MG3, the first of which costs $19,900 and the second $22,900.
