IE Business School launches, in collaboration with idealista, a pioneering training program in Europe, aimed at stimulating professionalism in the real estate sector.

The program, promoted by IE Business School with the collaboration of the idealista real estate portal, is aimed at professionals and businesses in the real estate world, with the aim of better adapting to user needs and improving digital transformation, which is essential, with a focus on business activity in a environment of uncertainty and change.

Highly skilled sales teams in the new real estate environment need professionals who know analyze the market contexttheir competitors and their clients. They must also have a thorough knowledge of the potential of their portfolio of products and be able to implement the appropriate business processes for each type of property and of course to pull the best use of new technologies and digital tools.

The content of the program will allow understand the current real estate market and detect the better opportunitiesas well as to deepen several of the fundamental pillars of marketing in order to have an impact on it, from contractual/legal to tax and financial.

The program will also study how to improve the acquisition process and choose the marketing channels and the most appropriate media for each type of product, taking into account the use of technologies and digital tools available for sale, and understanding how to best choose and use them.

This specialized training is aimed at professionals in the real estate sector in companies as diverse as real estate agencies, developers, asset managers, private investors, Socimis/Reits, Family Offices, investment funds, Servicers and banks, among others.

The training has a period of two months (from May 26 to July 14, 2023) and implements a hybrid face-to-face and online format of one day per week.
