Health authorities in the province of Formosa detected the first positive case of avian influenza in backyard birds, in the El Alba neighborhood, Piranรฉ department, regarding 150 kilometers from the capital of Formosa.

In this way, within the framework of surveillance, prevention and control, a team from the Ministry of Human Development that is part of the Emergency Commission, together with other local and national organizations, carried out the clinical-epidemiological evaluation of the family group exposed to sick birds.
In this regard, the director of Epidemiology of the provincial health portfolio and member of that Emergency Commission, Claudia Rodrรญguez, reported that the family is made up of four people: two adults and two minors. “They are all in good general condition, with no symptoms associated with the disease,” she remarked.

The bruise near the genitals can be caused by excessive exercise or even by having sex. If the bruise in this region does not heal within two to three weeks, it may be due to a sexually transmitted disease such as herpes, syphilis or gonorrhea.
