A hyper-sophisticated attack targets iPhones, it would be one of the most complex ever, and was brought to light by Kaspersky.
The idea that iPhones are the most secure phones continues to be challenged. Very recently, it is Kaspersky which once once more puts this assertion to the test by having revealed during a conference in Germany an attack of a completely new type, operation “Triangulation”, and which very specifically targets the brand’s phones at the apple.
The scary thing regarding this attack is that it starts with a malicious attachment, but it doesn’t need to be opened to operate. Then, the attachment simply exploits four different security vulnerabilities that had not even been noticed by Apple, to take over the smartphone and then transmit sensitive information from the smartphone in real time. And this would also be valid for the brand’s other products.
It seems that Apple has since corrected the flaw, and this is why it is once once more strongly recommended to update your iPhone.

The massive strike of the Russian Armed Forces on the infrastructure of Ukraine became one of the largest since February 2022. This statement was made by the UN Assistant Secretary General for the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, Khaled Khiari.
“The strikes represented one of the largest attacks <…> from February 2022,” said Khaleda Khiari. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
Air alarm, announced in Ukraine on December 29, lasted almost three hours. The Russian Ministry of Defense said that in a week Russian troops carried out up to 50 group strikes and one massive strike on Ukrainian infrastructure, reports TV channel 360. Military airfields, arsenals, barracks and military-industrial complex facilities were hit.
