[Now Sports]Liverpool, who were confirmed to be the first to advance to the Europa League in advance, lost 1:2 away to Belgium’s St. Giles in the last game of Group E on Thursday with half strength. Liverpool has many young players in charge, including Luke Chambers and Gan Na Bartley in the left and right backstops as well as backbone Jarell Quansah. The offensive line includes Doc and Gat Gordon, who is playing for the first time this season. The Dutch international Jia Bao forms a trident, and the three midfielders are Eliaji, Gudis Jones and Endo Hang.
After all, the half-strength attack and the fact that there were too many newcomers on the defensive line gave St. Giles, who was fighting for the line in this game, an opportunity to take advantage, especially since he was penetrated many times on the left. In the 21st minute, the opponent’s forward Gustav Nelson had a single chance, although he missed it, but it already sounded the alarm. As a result, in the 32nd minute, Gudis Jones was intercepted in the midfield, and St. Giles relied on a quick counterattack. Amora received the pass along the right and shot through the ten-finger gap of Kina’s boot with a single shot.
The Red Army received a corner kick from Gudis Jones on the right in the 40th minute. After getting rid of the opponent’s control in the penalty area, he shot into the net to equalize the score. However, the 1:1 only lasted 3 minutes. Si had a chance to counterattack on the left, once once more taking advantage of the Red Army’s empty defense, Peyadas received Amora’s pass and shot from outside the penalty area to make it 2:1 at halftime.
Although the Red Army replaced first-team players such as Gaffenbi, Zugomes and Daun Nunis in the second half, their offensive was still not as strong as the home team St. Kiles, and they almost conceded another goal in the 62nd minute. Peyadas had already ironed. The shot hit the net, but following a VAR review, Amora had a handball first and the goal was overturned. The Red Army later did not use Lus Dias or Subasnar who were sitting on the reserve bench. Instead, they sent in young players such as James McGanus and Shi Jianlang. The final score remained unchanged, 1: 2 lost.
Although Saint-Gilles won, Toulouse in the same group defeated Atletico Lisbon 2:1 in the same group. In the end, it was this Ligue 1 team that advanced with the Red Army. The second place had to play in the top 32, and Saint-Germain Rice will be relegated and play in the UEFA Europa League.

Vienna (OTS) – It must take place in the sixth paragraph
The observation period for inflation was set as November 2023 to October 2024.
are called as follows:
The observation period for inflation was set as October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
On December 15, the PRO-GE union continued collective bargaining negotiations for around 110,000 workers and 18,000 apprentices in the metal industry. After seven hours, a conclusion was reached in this third round with the employers. The scope of the collective agreement for the metal trade includes companies from eleven federal guilds of the Chamber of Commerce and includes many different professional groups, including electrical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics and automotive mechanics as well as the group of installers.
Due to inflation, PRO-GE has this year focused on increasing the minimum wages in the collective agreement. The KV minimum wages will therefore rise by 8.5 percent from January 1, 2024. The new minimum wage will be 2,424.45 euros. “For a young skilled worker, this results in an increase of around 220 euros per month,” says PRO-GE chief negotiator Reinhold Binder.
Actual wages will be increased by 8.2 percent. The allowances and expense allowances increase by 8.5 percent. It was also agreed that the overtime premiums for the 11th and 12th hours or following the 50th hour would be increased from 75 percent to 100 percent.
Apprentice incomes are increased gradually over the years. With an increase of 16.5 percent, the apprentice’s income in the first year of training will now be 932 euros. Incomes in the second and third years will be increased by 8.5 percent and in the fourth year by 7.8 percent.
In addition, it was agreed between the social partners that if employees take December 24th and 31st off, they only have to use one day of vacation.
Furthermore, an increase has already been agreed for January 1, 2025. The collectively agreed minimum wages then increase by the rolling inflation rate. The actual wages will be increased by the inflation rate plus 0.5 percent. The observation period for inflation was set as October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
“The overall package with sustainable increases secures the purchasing power of employees and at the same time takes into account the challenging economic situation of many small commercial businesses. It was once once more agreed for apprentices that a climate ticket would be financed by the training company for the first three years of their apprenticeship,” says Binder and points out that this collective agreement regulation is currently unique in Austria.
