Customized Raspberry Pi 5 can reach subzero temperature to avoid heating

Announced at the end of September 2023, the Raspberry Pi 5 stood out for coming with its own processor and has faced problems with heat dissipation. Now, a microcomputer unit has been customized to prevent any overheating.
The customization was carried out by manufacturer Ivan Kuleshov, who created a version aimed at maximum possible cooling, with the ability to reach temperatures below 0°C. To do this, he inserted a Peltier element and several heatpipes which direct heat to a copper heatsink. Check out the “work” in the publication below:
In practice, the Peltier element and the thermoelectric cooler used by the professional connect the hottest side of the object to the heat sink, while the cold part is next to the chipset.
The passive cooling process still uses three copper tubes held by a custom 3D printed element, which draw heat down to a copper heatsink.
The procedure – called Delidding or DEAL – it is considered risky for people without technical knowledge of the procedure to try to risk it. This is because, if there is a wrong movement, it might render the entire equipment useless.
Furthermore, Kuleshov’s action ended up exposing the internal components of the Raspberry Pi 5. More specifically, the BCM2712 platform, accompanied by the 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 CPU at 2.4 GHz and the VideoCore VII GPU at 800 MHz.
Although the technique is capable of reaching negative temperatures, Kuleshov has not yet completed his tests to provide precisely how many degrees the microcomputer can be cooled using this system.

The sumptuous wedding organized by the President of the House of Councilors, Naam Miyara, for his daughter, raises heated controversies. Morocco’s fourth political figure following the king, the head of government and the speaker of the House of Representatives, is accused of slavery.
Is Naam Miyara a supporter of slavery? He faces accusations of slavery following video of his daughter’s wedding celebration was posted on social media. In its press release, the Federation of Women’s Rights League (FLDF) said it had “followed with great dismay the video widely distributed on social networks and certain media, where “slaves” were offered to the daughter of the President of the House advisors during his marriage. She strongly condemns this act, which she describes as monstrous if it proves right. This act “takes Morocco, which recently appointed a president to the Human Rights Council (Omar Zniber, Editor’s note), back to the era of slavery and discrimination”, and represents “an insult to human values and a flagrant violation of the principles of human rights, the country’s constitution and all international conventions ratified by Morocco,” denounces the federation.

The FLDF calls for strong opposition to all remaining discriminatory practices that violate human rights and seek to reproduce slave-master relationships. It also demands the opening of a rapid and impartial investigation, and the taking of immediate measures once morest those involved in this crime. “This crime harms the image of Morocco, both nationally and internationally, and goes once morest the significant progress made by Morocco and the great advances made in the field of human rights, and is in contradiction with the path towards modernity and progress to which the country aspires,” it is noted.
