The “Live Healthy” platform of the Ministry of Health revealed 6 signs of lack of sleep that affect academic performance, including mood swings.
She explained that the signs also included paleness of the face, feeling sleepy, difficulty learning and thinking, losing a sense of enthusiasm, weight gain, as well as an increased possibility of accidents when doing activities.
She noted that ensuring adequate sleep, in the early hours of the night, is a necessity that must be taken care of on a daily basis.
