Regardless of whether “King of Qingshan” or “Dean Qingshan”, Hang’s affection for Qingshan is obvious.
The story begins in 2017. At that time, a class of middle school students in Hang suddenly wanted to participate in the trailwalk. The four team members made an appointment to go to Caoshan Mountain. The first class went up to Jigong Mountain. Blue face and pale lips… So the group turned around and returned.
After several rounds of switching, Hang finally formed an army with his friends, practiced with a more serious attitude and completed 100 kilometers. Since then, he has developed a strong interest in cross-country running and officially “entered the pit”.
“After Trailwalking, I have participated in some mountain races. But I didn’t practice too hard at first, so my results were poor. At the end of the race, I had to be alone every day. I felt so boring. I hope I can run fast. Some, at least reached the mid-level results, and more people ran down together, so I decided to go up the mountain to practice.”
“Growing up in Tuen Mun, there are two mountains in Tuen Mun: one is Qingshan and the other is Jiujing Mountain. The scenery of Qingshan is more beautiful, so I haunt Qingshan all the time.”
“How close is it to me to go to Qingshan? If there is a competition and I want to practice climbing, I will run to Qingshan four or five days a week, regarding one or two times a day. The craziest time is that I tried it for three consecutive days last year. 8 times on the first day, 5 times on the second day, and 6 times on the third day. I also tried ten times a day, but I felt too boring to do it once more.”
“I also created a “Cup Ling Z Road” by myself, from the top of Yuantou Mountain to the top of Qingshan Mountain, and use the “zigzag road” in the middle to go up and down. Originally, Beiling Shuangdu was 1200 meters up and down, but I have a full 2500 meters up and down. “
Qingshan has a vast territory and many routes. In addition to Qingshan peaks, it also includes Yuantou Mountain, Ganshan, Qingshan hinterland, Liangtian Pass, Qingdie Ridge and other places. The starting point of the route can be the most popular Tsing Shan Monastery, Leung King Estate, Tin King Estate, as well as Ha Tsuen and Tuen Tze Wai on the border of Yuen Long, and you can go to Lung Kwu Tan in the east. Hang said that he has no idea which route he likes the most. The length of the route depends on his mood and practice content, but he almost always ends at the top of the mountain.
“The landform of Qingshan is so unique and the scenery is so beautiful. From the top of Qingshan, you can see the whole Tuen Mun. At sunset, you can enjoy the sunset in the direction of Lung Kwu Tan.”
Hang usually runs up the hill with a can of beer following work, and then watches the sunset quietly by himself. Hang’s “male profligacy” is his way of relieving the stress of life.
“Normally there are not many people on the mountain at dusk, and the mountain is really peaceful, and you can definitely relax.” Hang loves Qingshan and believes that his feelings for him will not change. However, can the Aoyama Department remain the same?
“Chingshan itself is very poor and easily damaged by weathering. Before and following the epidemic, many people hiked the mountain, and more people built tables and benches on the mountain, and even reclaimed fields. In addition, some people played off-road motorcycles, which made Qingshan Mountain path was destroyed.”
“Actually, you and I both consume nature so much that we should protect the environment together. The easiest thing to do is to take away your own garbage. A bottle of water is so heavy that you can carry it up the mountain, and following drinking it is as light as an empty bottle. Qingshan has a unique terrain, with few trees, more sand and mud, especially pumice and gravel roads, so the requirements for cross-country running shoes are also high.

Each year, Brain Week is organized in March, a national event, held throughout France.
