Catholic Church in Luena defends promotion of love in families – news

The bishop of the Diocese of Luena, Dom Martín Lasarte, yesterday appealed to families to deepen the value of love and solidarity, with a view to building a dignified and peaceful society.

The Catholic prelate urged the need for families to live the Christmas period, reflecting on the values ​​of human life, promoting peace, avoiding violence and promiscuity in communities.

Martin Lasarte, who prayed with prisoners in the Moxico region in the morning, lamented the loss of religious values, especially among young people, in the face of the emergence of globalization, calling on families to remain firm in their faith, since “the Life is a gift from God.”

In turn, the pastor of the Evangelical Congregational Church in Angola (IECA) in Moxico, Edna Catoti Mussole, appealed to citizens to continue promoting the culture of forgiveness, for the good of the country.
