Eggenberger began his career focusing on sports photography before turning his lens toward major news events. Former “Kleine Zeitung” editor-in-chief, Antonia Gössinger, fondly recalled a especially adventurous assignment: “We had to travel to the koralm or Saualm following a plane crash.Eggi drove like a rally car driver.
