Central – One dead and 15 injured in violent storms in France

Violent thunderstorms swept France, killing one person and injuring 15 others, two of them seriously, authorities said.

However, the intensity of the storms will decrease on Sunday, according to the French Meteorological Agency.

A woman in her 30s was swept away and stuck under a car in Rouen, a source in the mayor’s office told AFP.
