Jeddah: There is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder in different parts of Saudi Arabia from Wednesday to Sunday. The Directorate General of Civil Defense said that people should be cautious. The civil defense said heavy rain and wind will occur in Asir, Albaha, Najran, Jizan, Makkah, Madinah, Hail and Tabuk regions and may cause flooding.
Some parts of Riyadh, Qasim and Sharqiya regions will receive moderate to heavy rainfall. The authorities have warned that people should be cautious once morest possible dangers in such cases and stay away from dams, water bodies and streams. The General Directorate of Civil Defense has also called for strict adherence to the instructions announced through various media and communication sites.
