Jeddah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that children of all ages are allowed to enter Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. The official Twitter account of the ministry gave the information regarding this.
Children of any age can enter the mosque with their parents. But a permit is mandatory for children above five years of age to perform Umrah. The ministry has repeatedly stated that any visa holders coming to Saudi Arabia for tourism purposes and visits will be allowed to perform Umrah.
