BEIJING, July 8 (Xinhua) — Manufacturing giant China Energy Investment Corporation (China Energy) said on Friday. The world’s largest coal-burning power Coal production increase report to ensure nationwide energy allocation

The report said that China Energy will produce coal in the first half of this year. (January-June) regarding 310 million tons, an increase of 4.1 percent year-on-year.

Meanwhile, China Energy’s coal production has maintained its highest level of 50 million tonnes for 21 consecutive months since October 2021.

As of June 6, China Energy’s power plant inventory stood at more than 33.59 million tonnes, enough for 28 days of use.
