Chinese Stock Market Rises Following Fed News and US Bond Rates Decline

Hong Kong (awp/afp) – Chinese stock markets were in the green on Thursday at the opening the day following the new status quo of the American Federal Reserve (Fed) and the decline in bond rates in the United States.

In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index rose 1.06% to 17,282.39 points.

In Shanghai, the composite index was up slightly by 0.18% to 3,028.66 points, like that of the Shenzhen square which gained 0.09% to 1,873.80 points.
