The small family of Marshel Widianto and Cesen Ex JKT 48 will celebrate Christmas. Marshel admits that Christmas is more enjoyable because he is married and has children.

“Preparing for Christmas this year is more enjoyable because I can celebrate with my family. Not only my big family but also my small family,” said Marshel Widianto when met at Studio Sepat, Kebagusan, Jakarta, recently.

Marshel Widianto also feels happier this year because he will invite his small family to meet his extended family. The comic feels that Christmas this year is more complete.

“Yes, because this year I was with my wife’s children, last year it felt more complete with my wife alone and being able to meet the extended family also meant the conversations were longer,” he explained.

Understanding Christmas this year, Marcel welcomed it with peace and joy.

“Certainly with peace and joy,” he said.

Talking regarding Christmas traditions in his family, Marshel Widianto admitted that there were several that were obligatory. Exchanging gifts and decorating the Christmas tree is one of them.

“In exchange for gifts, there was a Christmas tree, but from the time I was born until now there wasn’t one because I mightn’t afford to buy one. So I just took a mannequin made of stereofoam from OVJ,” said Marshel Widianto jokingly.
