The Minister of the Public Service has just given a final warning to the agents of double mandate to regularize their situation. Julien Yombouno does not rule out taking legal action once morest those concerned.
In a circular note dated this Monday, August 28, 2023, the Minister of Public Service, Julien Yombouno, invites “double mandates” to resign no later than August 31, 2021. This is part of the consolidation from the general public administration file.
“After this period, administrative sanctions and legal proceedings will be initiated once morest offenders,” warns the minister.
As a reminder, on September 23, 2022, the Minister of Labor and the Public Service, Julien Yombouno, had once more given an “ultimatum” to the agents concerned by the double mandate to choose their position in the public service or in the private sector.
