Currently at the Stade Malherbe in Caen, the young striker might land in the Venice of the North.
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Club Brugge are talking to SM Caen regarding Norman Bassette, an 18-year-old Belgian striker.
Bassette played in the youth teams of Eupen, but moved to French club Caen in the summer of 2020. There he mainly played with the reserves, but was still allowed to participate in 13 League games 2. During these encounters, he was able to score once.
With the reserve of Caen, Bassette scored nine goals in 26 league matches. In France, he still has a contract until 2025 and a market value of 500,000 euros. The objective would be to integrate the attacker into the Core A via playing time at the NXT Club.
