The town of Brive-la-Gaillarde has launched a plan to combat tiger mosquitoes in cemeteries. This plan involves in particular the elimination of stagnant water where the larvae flourish, by involving the population. During this All Saints’ Day week, city services are taking advantage of the high attendance at cemeteries to raise particular awareness of the actions to be carried out on and around graves, because it is a very sensitive place. Nine agents are mobilized for two days to welcome visitors and explain to them the right actions. The report to listen to by Fabienne Joigneault.
