The saddle theater has a 1,000 -seat professional performance hall, a lecture room, and a lab, and has invested more than 215 billion won (VND). The total building area is 10,385m² (1 basement floor, 1 floor above ground, 2 floors above ground, rooftop).
Technical infrastructure construction outside the theater includes a guard room, a fence, a door, an outdoor stage, a grandstand, an outdoor lobby, a landscape lake and a tree.
