Come on, you can train a normal simple soldier-shooter absolutely calmly and in two weeks of preparation (which are stated). The only question is that these two weeks should really be spent in the classroom to the maximum without army stupidity. And then in the army I remember that more than half of the time of the whole lesson was spent on “stand, equal, at attention …. comrade major in outfit six, three in the medical unit, two on leave …” and checking who wears a belt, who has how polished the badge is, who has so much water in flasks and other little useful dumb stuff.
