Commotion in F1 paddock: ‘alleged messages’ from Christian Horner leaked to F1 bosses and F1 media – F1journaal.be

Anyone who thought that peace might return following the announcement of the result of the investigation into Christian Horner can put that hope aside. After all, during the first day of the race weekend in Bahrain, ‘alleged messages’ from Christian Horner were leaked to both F1 bosses and F1 media.

Alleged WhatsApp messages and photos between Christian Horner and the woman who filed a complaint once morest Horner were distributed via an anonymous email address. The email was sent to more than a hundred email addresses, including many F1 media as well as Formula 1 bosses.

In the email, someone who describes himself as ‘Anonymous Reporter’ sends no fewer than 79 files with alleged screenshots and WhatsApp conversations. It is striking that the email was sent to Christian Horner the day following the outcome of the investigation was announced. F1 boss Stefano Domenicali, FIA chairman Mohammed Ben Sulayem, the nine other F1 team bosses and several other high-ranking people in the F1 paddock were forwarded the email. In addition, many media also received the email in question.

The email with screenshots has now been distributed via various social media. The big question, however, is whether the messages and photos in question are real. There is also a chance that the messages have been faked or that photos have been generated by AI. The fact is that everyone in the F1 paddock is talking regarding the leaked messages and photos and that the lap times of the practice sessions were barely looked at.
