Bregenz – Vorarlberg police reported 65 climate activists from the group Extinction Rebellion (XR) on Wednesday for taking part in an illegal gathering. They had gathered around the Vorarlberg country house where parliament was meeting. Twelve people were temporarily arrested to clarify their identities, the police said. As a result of the demonstration, there was a traffic jam on the Römerstraße (L190).
