The third stage: Alexandria, Beheira, Damietta, Sohag, and Kafr El-Sheikh.

The fourth stage: Assiut, New Valley, Fayoum, Minya, and Beni Suef.

The fifth stage: Dakahlia, Menoufia, Sharqia, and Gharbia.

Sixth stage: Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia.

The Ministry of Health and Population added, according to the book “The Story of a Homeland,” that the cost of implementing the first phase of the system amounted to 51.2 billion pounds.
