Constable Dies from Covid-19 After Sudden Deterioration of Condition

Gendarmerie non-commissioned officer died Wednesday night of coronavirus, learned 20 minutes this Thursday morning. This 51-year-old man, married and father of three, was arrested a few days ago by his doctor for suspicion of
 Covid-19 and treated at his home in Maison-Alfort, in Val-de-Marne. Wednesday,
his condition suddenly deteriorated, indicates the gendarmerie.

Despite the rapid arrival of the Samu, the victim could not be resuscitated and died in his official accommodation. According to the gendarmerie, this non-commissioned officer, assigned to the Interministerial Control Group (GIC), was not in contact with the public. He did not appear to have any health problems. He is the first gendarme to die from this virus.
