In recent days, citizens have denounced the construction of a social housing project in a tourist and industrial area in Barranquilla.
It is in the Circunvalar sector, close to the Window to the worldone of the most visited sites in the city.
The housing project is led by the company Argos.
The construction companies are Architecture y Concretey Prodesa.
A large project that will be built in stages, the parking area is designed 1 for every 3 homes and one private parking space for every 5 homes, in total there are 8 towers, where the first tower will be licensed.
The citizen’s complaint is that this project will be located in a tourist area by the Window to the World.
Furthermore, it is an industrial sector, so a housing project would not be relevant.
