From Matchday 5 to 6 in Liga MX, a new controversy has been ignited, since following César Ramos did not score a penalty in favor of América, they ‘rested’ him and he will not whistle this weekend, igniting the debate in The Last Word (LUP).

Both in Central FOX, and being quoted in LUP, a possible veto by the MX League once morest César Ramos came to the table, commented by Rubén Rodríguez, although some time later the Disciplinary Commission argued that everything is due to a ‘rotation’.

Does America get referees vetoed?

Rubén Rodríguez, in the FOX Sports programming, brought up a possible sanction by the Arbitration Commission for César Ramos, for not scoring a penalty for America, although BEWARE, he only raises the topic, but DOES NOT show any document or assure something.

Fernando Cevallos agreed that ‘it wouldn’t be the first time’ that America has done this with referees, although at the moment there is nothing to prove it. The possible error is clear, but he was surprised that they did not even call him to see the VAR.

Now in LUP, Óscar Guzmán remembered these words from Rubén Rodríguez and at the table it is believed that it is not possible or correct to veto referees for an issue like this, although Fabián Estay believes that there might be qualifications, and if you are for 5 out of 10 , maybe they will rest you.

The Disciplinary Commission released a statement regarding this issue, where they assure that there are no vetoes for any character, that everything is based on a rotation issue, trying to clear up the controversy that has been generated.

Finally Gustavo Mendoza launched a phrase that might give indications of something, as he said: “unsolicited explanation, clear accusation”, meaning that if there really are no vetoes, why do they give explanations?
