A 38-year-old man with a criminal record was detained by neighbors in the Bella Vista neighborhood following trying to steal a woman’s wallet in yet another act of chronic insecurity, according to reports from the Police.
The event happened in Julio A. Roca at 900 wanted to take a passerby’s bag following damaging her vehicle. However, he was held by neighbors until the police arrived.
Later, he was transferred with custody to the Misericordia Hospital, since he had abrasions.
